Java Stratego Game - Two Player over the Internet

- First, if you do not have a Java enabled browser (like Netscape 2.0 or greater) then this will not work at all!
- Second, read these directions carefully.
- Then, click on Start Stratego Client.
- After the Communications Window loads, Hit the Connect Button
- You should then be connected to server.
- If other users want to play, their names will appear in the list of available users (next to the connect button).
- Double click a user to Challenge them
- You can changed your name (from Guest) by Typing your name (over Guest) in the Communications Window (see picture below)
- If they accept (they hit the Accept button), then:
- The Game Board comes up, which looks like the one below, then
- Place your pieces.
- Then play a two player stratego game with someone on the Internet!
- If clicking on Start Stratego Client does not pop up the Connection Window, then the Server is down (see below to start the server).

- If clicking on Start Stratego Client does not pop up the Connection Window, then the Server is down.
- To run the Java Server: START STRATEGO SERVER.
- Only start Server if it isn't running already!
The Connection window looks like this:
Click Connect button to connect to the server
You can type over Guest with your name and hit enter
A list of all users who want to play appears in box next to connect and accept button
double click on the user you want to play and then hit accept button.
